Privacy Policy

AstroTrackeris a product of NexoroCore Inc. ("NexoroCore," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the AstroTracker website, mobile app, and web Portal, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect information in a few ways:

• Account information. When you sign up, our authentication provider (Clerk) collects your name, email address, and authentication credentials on our behalf. We never see or store your raw password.
• Inventory and organization data you provide. Items, bins, locations, checkouts, photos you upload, and other records you or your team create while using AstroTracker.
• Payment information. If your organization is on a paid plan, our payment processor (Stripe) handles your billing details directly — we do not store your card number.
• Basic technical logs.Standard server logs (IP address, request timestamps, error traces) generated by our hosting infrastructure (Microsoft Azure) for security, debugging, and reliability. If checkout-reminder email delivery is unavailable, the reminder's content (recipient, subject, and message body, which can include item, quantity, and due-date details) is written to these same server logs instead, so it can still be reviewed. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs in the AstroTracker mobile app or website.

How we use your information

• To provide, operate, and maintain AstroTracker.
• To authenticate you and secure your account and organization's data.
• To process payments for paid plans.
• To respond to support requests.
• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How we share your information

We share information with the service providers that help us run AstroTracker, including:

• Clerk — authentication and identity management.
• Microsoft Azure — application hosting, database, and file storage.
• Stripe — payment processing for paid plans.
• UPCitemdb — when you look up an item by barcode, we send the scanned UPC/barcode number to UPCitemdb to retrieve product information (such as a name or image) for that code. No other inventory or account data is sent as part of this lookup.
• SendGrid (Twilio)— when checkout reminder emails are enabled, we use SendGrid to deliver them, which receives the recipient's email address and the reminder's content (such as item, quantity, and due-date details).
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google), and Apple Push Notification service for iOS devices— for push notifications on the mobile app, we use these to deliver them, which receive your device's push token and the notification's content (such as item and due-date details).

Each provider only receives the information it needs to perform its function, and is contractually restricted from using it for any other purpose. We do not share your information with third parties for their own advertising or marketing purposes, and do not sell it. Beyond the providers above, we only share information when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AstroTracker, our users, or others. We'll update the list above as we add or change providers — see "Changes to this policy" below.

Data retention

We retain account and organization data for as long as your account is active. If your organization's paid subscription ends, its data and access are simply downgraded to the free plan — nothing is deleted. If you delete your account, we mark your account record as deleted and it stops being usable to sign in, but some account fields (such as your name and email) and records linked to your past activity may be retained rather than immediately purged — for example, where inventory, checkout, or billing history is shared with other members of your former organization and needs to remain intact for their records. If you want your personal data deleted rather than retained, contact us (below) and we will handle it on request.

Your choices

• You can view your account information directly in the app.
• To change your name, email, or other account details, or to request deletion of your account or export of your data, contact us (below).
• If your organization's administrator manages your account, some requests may need to go through them.

Children's privacy

AstroTracker is a business tool intended for production crews and organizations. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email where appropriate.
